Implementatie
Always different, but with the same method.
Implementation
An IAM improvement journey rarely consists of a single change. It is generally a series of smaller and larger adjustments in the existing environment across organization, processes, and technology.
An approved functional architecture that describes the desired situation is a first deliverable in such a journey. We then split the change into the smallest possible functional components that can be designed, built, and tested independently.
Depending on the situation, these can be released to production individually or in small bundles. This ensures limited implementation impact and makes it easier to incorporate new insights that inevitably arise during such a journey.
Changes
For changes in an existing IAM environment, we follow the same approach: first the functional design is updated. After approval, the technical design of one or more components is adjusted, followed by build and test. After acceptance, the new components are deployed to production.
